Gannon’s Galley is a family business building on 20 years experience as a professional chef.  Our well developed palate and experience with seasonings is used to develop unique seaonings and recipies.  

 We use a hand-crafted process to infuse sea-salt with flavor notes of orange, lemon, herbs, garlic, and the heat of peppers.
